Rangers' half back Josh Bradbury is targeting a BARLA open age cap after a successful tour with the U23s.

He's just returned home after playing in all three matches in Jamaica. The matches were tough but all won comprehensively in the end.

The 21 year old said: "It was awesome, a great experience. Seeing Jamaica was fantastic although the poverty in Kingston town was shocking.

"We went into a few schools and did coaching with them. On the pitch it went well and I played half-back most of the time. They were physically stronger and fitter than us but they didn't really have the core skills. We threw it about a bit."

Josh started at stand-off in the warm up match, kicking a goal, before coming off the bench in the second. He started on the wing in the full test and was moved into the halves after 20 minutes.

"Hopefully I've got my foot in the door now so I can keep it there." he said. "If I can keep playing well for Saddleworth I can aim for a full GB cap."
